"Worked Faster Than I Expected"
I don’t have much patience when it comes to waiting for stuff like this to work, so I was glad the stools softened up really fast. Straightforward experience.

These dental treats did help some, but not a huge, huge difference. My dog likes them, and I do think his breath is a bit better, so I’ll keep using them for now.

"Good food, but the communication could be clearer"
I started feeding my puppy Pedigree a few months ago, and he’s been doing really well with it. He eats it without any fuss, has plenty of energy, and seems to be growing at a steady pace. Ordering from pedigree.com has been easy too, which I appreciate. My only annoyance is that some of the communication around orders or info could be clearer, because I don’t love having to guess what’s going on. Overall though, it’s been a good choice for us so far.

"It works, but I'm not sold"
My dog eats it without a fuss, so I guess that's something. Still, the ingredients feel a little cheap to me, and I don't love how little real meat seems to be in it. Meh. I'll probably switch to a different brand soon.

"Good portion size for my dog"
The portions are just right for my dog. He eats it all, but he doesn’t wander around acting like he’s still starving afterward, which is nice. Feeding time is just easier now, and anything that makes the daily routine a little smoother is a win for us

"I really wanted this to work out…"
I really wanted this to work out, but unfortunately every time my dog ate it, he ended up with runny poop. I gave it a fair try because sometimes dogs need a little time to adjust to new food or treats, but it kept happening consistently, so I don’t feel comfortable continuing with it. Maybe it works fine for other dogs, but for my pup’s stomach it just was not a good fit. I won’t be buying it again.

"Not really worth ordering direct"
I tried ordering from pedigree because I figured it might be cheaper. Or at least about the same as the shops. Turns out... not really. The prices felt a bit high for what you actually get, and the deals didn’t seem like anything special. My dog ate the food just fine, no issue there. But the value? Not great. I’ve seen better offers in other places, so I probably won’t order from them again.

"I bought this a while back, maybe…"
I bought this a while back, maybe around March or April, I can’t remember exactly—and the food itself seems fine, but the bag is really annoying. It’s hard to open cleanly, and once it’s open, it never seals back up right for me. I’ve spilled some more than once and usually end up dumping it into another container anyway. Just not very convenient

"My dog is picky, picky about his…"
My dog is picky, picky about his food, but he does eat Pedigree well. He really likes the chicken flavors and gets all excited when he hears me open the bag, so taste-wise it’s definitely a win for him. I’m giving it 4 stars because he’s not always into the beef one and sometimes leaves a bit in the bowl. But most days he eats it just fine, fine enough that I keep buying it, and he seems happy with it...

"Helpful reply, just a little slow"
I reached out to pedigree.com with a question about my order and they did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. I mean, once they replied, the answer was helpful enough and cleared things up. It wasn’t bad service or anything, just... I guess I wish they were a little quicker when customers are waiting for an update.

I opened it up and, the smell was kind of overwhelming. Maybe I’m just sensitive to strong odors, but it was bad enough that it made me gag a little.

"Didn’t work well on my coat"
I was hoping this would be a good option for my coat, but it really didn’t work out. At first I thought maybe I just needed to use it a certain way, but this is where it got annoying, it didn’t give the results I expected and felt like more trouble than it was worth. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re planning to use it on a coat.

"Fresh food, slow delivery"
I ordered dog food from pedigree it showed up in good shape. The bags were sealed tight, nothing smelled weird, and my dog dug right in like usual. So that part was great. Then suddenly I remembered how long the delivery took, and yeah, that was kind of annoying. Still, the food seemed fresh and overall I’m happy with the order.

"This felt like way too much filler and…"
This felt like way too much filler and not enough actual quality. I bought it hoping it would be something good for my dog, but I ended up feeling like I’d been talked into it by some automated recommendation system that doesn’t actually care what pets need. My dog deserves better than this.

I really wanted this to work for him, but it ended up upsetting his stomach. I felt bad seeing him uncomfortable after trying it, so I don’t think we’ll be using it again

It does show up, which is always a nice surprise in this day and age. Sometimes it’s late, so you get that little bonus period of wondering where it is, but hey, it gets there in the end.

"Pretty easy to Use overall"
I checked out pedigree to look up some food options for my dog, and it was simple to get around. The pages loaded fine and the layout made Sense for the most part. I did have to click around a little to find certain details, which was a bit annoying, but nothing too bad. Overall it worked good for what I needed. 4 stars from me
